Welcome to our Pre Loved Hair Extensions & Wigs. Our new Pre Loved program allows customers to turn in used hair extensions. All hair extensions resubmitted to PW are sanitized & checked before being refurbished. All hair submitted will be resold in our Pre Loved section.

-I'd like to resell my hair extensions, what's the process?
You receive a prepaid shipping label via email. Send in your hair extensions & or wig.
-How do the site credits work?
Site credits are given when hair is sent and looked over. When hair is accepted a code will be issued just for you. You may use code for any products within the PW site.
-Where do the extensions come from?
Other clients
PW open box extensions(example adding hair into wigs or clients hair)
-Do I have to pay for shipping?
No we send prepaid shipping labels, all you have to do is print it off
